One of the most common complaints I hear in this profession is the lack of communication that clients have with their attorney.  I work hard to make sure that is never a complaint that comes from  one of my clients.  Of course, I don't mean only access but understanding.  There will undoubtedly be a great deal of questions that you will have and the answers can many times be overwhelming and confusing.  I strive to make sure that my clients not only hear from me but understand what is happening to them.
